oh well, great things happened to me last friday and saturday night.
the first one is i finally purchased that godfather series!
what the hell was i doing that i delayed years before watching it? what a loser!
i mean, i haven't even finished the first film yet and i think i am sooo gonna be addicted in emulating the accent and gestures of don vito corleone!
bonasera...bonasera....
and the hand gestures!almost worth it not to attend the inuman session with the gang.hehe...kidding! i got late though.
can't take my eyes off with these italian mafia.
the drinking thing was fun. but i am not the usual embudo that i know.
just had 1 bottle of beer. i mean, wow! that's a record.
i'm not a big drinker anymore. i rather stay up till wee hours
enjoying long conversation and good food than to suffer gout problems the day after and forget what we talked bout last night.
but these guys are cool.
so i didn't had any problem.
saturday morning was even more surprising.
okay, i paused my godfather nostalgia for a while
'cause i do not want to be doing anything but watch it.
it is unproductive if i have to get things done.
i have this thing that it is between me and don vito, you know?
it is like we have an unspoken agreement.
that i should watch it with full attention.
i mean i cannot even have breakfast!
hmmm... the substitute.
i get to see studio 60 on dvd.
it is a tv series in the states.
it is about the lives of the people who works in television.
the set up is very saturday night live.
only it is in LA. the scripts are good,
very informative, the strategies are impressive, and the agendas are interesting. if you want to watch it? brace yourself, it is a fast world.
any yes, you will definitlely learn a lot.
and oh, i was finally able to have my coffee
and prepare my breakfast while the show was on.
to be honest, i got tired of munching brown rice.
i know it is healthy and it has its own flavor that complements other dishes but ... i just miss the good old ordinary rice okay?haaa..
so i didn't cook any... i decided to starve myself for a change.
nah, i'm just kidding..

i bought foccacia bread

and roast chicken.
and this i have discovered.
foccacia bread is perfect with roast chicken, mayo and a pinch of salt.
no kidding! put mustard if you wish.
if you have tried it with tuna, the chicken is waaay better!
darn, i ate too much i almost barfed!
my concentration was divided between the good script of studio 60
and the delectable sandwich!
you have to try it. PLEASE.
oh well, i indulged on text,
now i'm hungry for food!
my sunday night is not done yet.
